Please find below a collection of Frequently Asked Questions which will help you whilst exploring the Sweet Sentiments online shop.

What do you charge for Postage and Packing? 
Delivery only £3.95 on all orders up to
 20 Kg to the UK mainland (excluding Outer Scotland).  Orders above 20kg FREE! (excluding Outer Scotland)  These prices are subsidised to ensure you get the best value possible.
Ireland is classed as overseas. 
We currently ship to the following overseas countries: Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Spain and Sweden.  To view shipping costs for these destinations please view the overseas prices.  Deliveries to these destination can take between 2-6 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to USA or Canada.

How soon will my order arrive?
We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt.  Please allow 3-4 working days for your sweets to arrive however, it will often be much sooner than that.  We normally despatch orders from Monday to Friday, so please allow for this when placing your order at the end of a week.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by debit or credit card via Sage pay, our secure payment system, and we accept all major debit & credit cards.

Do you accept Business cheques?

How do I know that my card details will be secure?
Our payments are securely handled by Protx, a secure payment system and none of your card details are revealed to us at any time. You can rest assured that this is a highly secure method of making a payment, which is used by many businesses.

Can I choose not to receive e-mails from you?
Yes, of course. If you would prefer not to receive correspondence from us. Please let us know.

How can I tell if a product contains nuts?
NUTS: All of our products are prepared in areas where nuts are present too, please be aware of this when ordering. We will also state "contains nuts" in our product description, if we know that a product definately contains nuts.

What if an item is out of stock?
On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will email you as soon as possible and give you the option of delivering your order without the item or holding your order until the item is back in stock. If you choose to receive the out of stock item separately, when it comes back in stock, you will NOT be charged additional postage costs.

What if I am looking for a certain sweet and cannot find it on your website?
Please let us know! We will do our best to find it for you and add it to the shop.
