What do you charge for Postage and Packing?
We charge a £5.50 flat rate on all orders up to 20KG.

How soon will my order arrive?
We aim for your order to be with you within 3/4 working days. We do not, however, process orders over the weekend so please be aware of this when ordering towards the end of the week.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment by debit or credit card via Sage Pay (formerly Protx) our secure payment system and we accept all major debit & credit cards.

Do you accept Business cheques?

How do I know that my card details will be secure?
Sweet Swentiments is hosted on a secure server. Your credit details are securely handled by Sage Pay (formerly Protx) - one of the leading credit card processing companies on the internet. You can learn more about them at www.sagepay.co.uk




Can I choose not to receive e-mails from you?
Yes, of course. If you would prefer not to receive correspondence from us. Please let us know.

How can I tell if a product contains nuts?
NUTS: All of our products are prepared in areas where nuts are present too, please be aware of this when ordering.

What if an item is out of stock?
On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will email you as soon as possible and give you the option of delivering your order without the item or holding your order until the item is back in stock. If you choose to receive the out of stock item separately, when it comes back in stock, you will NOT be charged additional postage costs.

What if I am looking for a certain sweet and cannot find it on your website?
Please contact us with your request and we will try and find the sweet for you or advise you if it is no longer available.
