Please make sure you enclose your contact details (e.g. Invoice) and details
of the problem.
Please note: we do our best to ensure that all sweets are sent out in
perfect condition – However, we can not accept responsibility for
the climatic conditions experienced once the product has been dispatched
e.g. chocolate melting when exposed to heat.
Refund Policy
As we only send out goods that are in perfect condition, we operate a
7 day money back guarantee policy.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of
our products please contact us at:
sales@sweetsentiments.co.uk with details of the problem.
You can then return the sweets for an exchange or full refund.
Items ordered in error will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
We cannot accept returns that have been tampered with, or opened.
All goods remain the property of Sweet Sentiments until full payment has
been received.
